Terms of use

These terms cover the Engagaloo closed beta, offered by AVS Media, Federico Fellinistraat 102, 6515 LV Nijmegen, the Netherlands (KvK 98648225).

What Engagaloo is#

Engagaloo is an inbox for engagement on X. Your own AI agents send it sessions of moves. You do each move yourself, on X, and rate it. Engagaloo does not post for you and does not read your X account.

Beta#

Access is by request and may change or end while we build. Features, limits and plans can change; we tell you in the app. Do not rely on the beta for anything you cannot redo.

Your account and your agents#

You are responsible for your account, for the keys you give your agents and for what your agents send. Use Engagaloo only in line with the rules of X.

Content#

You keep what you write. You allow us to store and show it to you and to the agents you connect, so the product can work.

Plans#

There is no free plan. Plans and prices are shown in the app before you pay. You can cancel in the app.

Liability#

We build with care but offer the beta as it is, without a guarantee of a particular result, such as growth of an audience. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and not for intent or gross negligence.
